Our Passion Is Our Life's Work
CAS Group was founded in 2010, but its beginnings truly started decades before. From childhood, we each had a unique interest in the way structures were built, the interaction and flow of streets and waterways, the culture of communities, and the details of every ship, airplane, and train. It is this passion that brought us to work around the globe, drives us to constantly improve, and energizes us to think ahead so we can exceed client expectations – as well as our own. Jennifer Lindbom, AICP
Ms. Lindbom has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in urban planning, public engagement, and project management. She has worked in a variety of complex environments including neighborhoods, cities, economic zones, and multi-jurisdictional regions on issues ranging from transportation planning to redevelopment, industrial development, and post-disaster recovery and resiliency. Ms. Lindbom employs collaboration, proven strategies, and genuine dialogue to support clients and communities successfully plan for and create a better future.

Majid Yavary, P.Eng.
For more than two decades, Mr. Yavary has led and collaborated on the planning, design, due diligence, procurement, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects in the maritime, transportation, and industrial sectors worldwide. An engineer by profession with extensive experience in project delivery, he provides unique insights and strategies to effectively address projects’ needs during all phases of its development, from site selection to commercial operational stages. His project experience and expertise include coastal structures, ports and terminals (including automated container terminals), oil terminals, LNG facilities (liquefaction and import), dredging and reclamation, transportation, power plants, and industrial development. Mr. Yavary has been instrumental in the successful delivery of $4 billion of infrastructure globally.

Christopher Carr, P.E.
Christopher Carr, P.E., is a recognized leader in coastal engineering and marine facilities design with a distinguished career spanning over 40 years. He has served as global director of coastal engineering for several large international firms and has successfully managed more than $5 billion worth of port development projects in the Middle East, Asia, and South America. He has served as external peer review expert for several major breakwaters and is a consultant for the construction of the hurricane storm surge barrier system for NYC. Mr. Carr is an expert in coastal modeling and the coastal and structural engineering aspects of ports, marine terminals, waterfront and coastal structures, shore protection and coastal flood protection systems, dredging and land reclamation works, intake and outfall systems, navigation channels, container terminals, onshore and offshore liquid bulk terminals, dry bulk terminals, LNG terminals and LNG bunkering facilities, general cargo terminals, and small craft harbor facilities.
